Indein Pagoda Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the five-day rotation market (if it is taking place in Inle on that day). Afterward, the boat takes you through a long channel and passing plenty of farms, local farmers, and boatmen. Then leading to the hidden Indein Pagoda Complex. Located on the shore of the lake, this site consists of hundreds of small stupas overgrown by moss and greens. Take a relaxing stroll through a bamboo forest! Awe-inspiring and so photogenic! The population density in Indein is very little and the villagers earn their living with agriculture and you will see their traditional lifestyle.

Continue on foot and pass rice fields to the village of Sae Ma, stopping to explore the village and the local school. In the afternoon, meet the people in the village on the lake and travel to one of the monasteries to observe the monastic activities. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. Return to your hotel by boat.
