Circular Train Tour

Meet with your guide at the hotel’s lobby around 08:00, transfer to Yangon Main Railway station to take the city’s circular train ride to the outskirts of town (approx. 90 minutes). A ride on the circular train will give you a unique perspective on daily life in the city and the area around it. During the short trip, you will witness the scenery change from city to rural and pass by ponds, villages, and scenes of farm life. Disembark to visit Insein market where a variety of street vendors sell a selection of fresh colorful produce, flowers, snacks, and ware. Enjoy exploring the market and meeting the friendly locals.

Afterward, transfer to Inya lake, which is the biggest lake and a significant landmark in Yangon, and lunch at Sein Lann So Pyay Garden and Lake View Restaurant. Afterward, take a leisurely walk on the bank of the Inya lake where many locals hang around for recreation. Before returning to your hotel, enjoy a drink at one of the local tea shops among Myanmar people and a great place to soak in the local culture and lifestyle. Transfer to your hotel.
